Space Interiors - Refund Policy
At Space Interiors, we are committed to delivering high-quality furniture products and exceptional interior design services. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have outlined the following refund policy:
Refund Eligibility for Furniture Products
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective furniture product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or arrange for the correct product to be delivered at no extra cost.
- Change of Mind: Refunds for products returned due to a change of mind are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in unused, original condition and packaging. A restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom or Made-to-Order Products: Furniture items that are custom-made or tailored to your specifications are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
- Used or Assembled Products: Products that have been used, assembled, or altered are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process for Interior Design Services
- Service Cancellations: If you need to cancel interior design services, cancellations made more than 14 days before the service start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Project Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our interior design services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Refunds for services rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the project and the services provided.
Return and Refund Process
- How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and proof of purchase. Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Return Shipping: In cases where products are returned due to defects or incorrect items, Space Interiors will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
